Industrial Antimony HF pH Electrode LS906P

LS906P online antimony pH electrode is designed for high concentration hydrofluoric acid industrial applications where pH glass electrodes cannot work. The pH electrode is equipped with a convenient NPT3/4 inch threads, PTFE junction and gel electrolyte technology to ensure low maintenance and high reliability.

  • Antimony pH Electrode – particularly useful in environments that are chemically aggressive, contain high solids, require high-temperature operation, involve rugged field conditions, or necessitate frequent sterilization, where glass electrode would fail, due to their susceptibility to damage or degradation.
  • Adopt easy-to-install and replace NPT3/4-inch screw head, used in a variety of applications without the need for custom fittings.
  • Large size with more reference electrolyte, to minimize the contamination of the Ag/AgCl, ideal for in-line use.
  • Large area PTFE junction – resistant to chemical corrosion and high temperature, with low risk of contamination or clogging.
  • Gel KCL electrolyte adopted, no need for refilling.
  • The temperature unit, connector, and cable length can be customized on request.
  • Note 1: The Antimony pH Electrode may have a large measurement error when the pH is lower than 2 or higher than 12.
  • Note 2: Keep the surface of the antimony electrode clean. If necessary, gently polish the antimony surface with fine sandpaper. Do not use the electrode in solutions containing heavy metals, metal plating ions, or complexing agents, as these may interfere with measurement accuracy or damage the electrode.
